Overview
EmojiQ is an emoji logic puzzle game for iPhone and iPad, made by Whyteboard Inc. ("Whyteboard", "we", "us", or "our").
Short version: EmojiQ collects no data. There is no account, no analytics, no advertising, and no tracking of any kind. Everything about your game stays on your device.
1. What stays on your device
Your level progress, star ratings, daily-challenge streak, and settings (sound, music, haptics, accessibility preferences) are stored locally on your iPhone or iPad. We never see this data, and it is never uploaded anywhere. Deleting the app removes it from your device.
2. What we do not collect
- No account or sign-in — the game never asks who you are
- No analytics or usage tracking
- No advertising and no advertising identifiers
- No location data
- No contact information
- No sale or sharing of personal information — we have none to sell
3. Purchases
EmojiQ offers one optional in-app purchase ("EmojiQ Premium") that unlocks the full set of levels. The purchase is processed entirely by Apple through the App Store. We do not receive or store your payment information. Apple provides the app with only the purchase status needed to unlock the content on your device.
4. Crash reports
If you have opted into Apple's device analytics sharing, Apple may provide us with anonymized crash reports through App Store Connect. These contain no personal information. You control this in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Analytics & Improvements.
5. Children's privacy
EmojiQ is suitable for all ages. Because the app collects no data from anyone, it collects no data from children.
6. Changes to this policy
If we make material changes to this policy, we will update the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, note the change in App Store release notes.
